Rotaract Club of Colombo west partners with ChildFund Sri Lanka for WASH

We are very grateful to the Rotaract Club of Colombo West in partnering with us for the WASH – Water for Life Project. The WASH project provides clean drinking water sources and hygienic sanitation facilities for children from rural schools in Sri Lanka. With their support and generous donations the children in Bt/Bw/Ayithiyamalai Government Tamil Mixed School (GTMS) in Batticaloa will now be able to have access to clean drinking water and safe hygienic sanitation facilities. We believe access to clean water within the school will improve student hygiene, health, and increase their participation at school.
